Welcome to Contracts’ Professionals Group and thank you for taking the time to visit our website. We present ourselves as a virtual team of construction professionals from world-class construction firms and from multi-disciplinary backgrounds. Our volunteers are members of professional organisations such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIARB).

We don’t have a shared office but have shared target, philosophy and most importantly we are sharing a lot of intellectual space.  We believe this allows us to bring together people with the best expertise and to deliver our services expeditiously.

We understand there is always a high demand for support and advice for those dealing with complicated commercial and contractual matters and with the advance of technology it is now easy that useful information can reach thousands of people through the use of a website.

Our collective experience ranges from contracts administration, commercial management, cost management, claims management and dispute avoidance/resolution and we are eagerly willing to share our knowledge and expertise with others.

This is a not-for-profit initiative aimed at upskilling industry practitioners.
